We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with Packtopus Pro for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we will process a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@packtopus.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. After cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Renewals
Refunds are not provided for renewal charges after the initial 14-day period. If you wish to stop being charged, please cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
